PROSPECT POOL 

Nucleate was engaged to audit an existing blended prospect pool for a global client, focusing on EMEA markets, that was proving difficult to maintain. Nucleate assessed the current solution and worked with wider stakeholders to establish key objectives and use cases before proposing a series of system improvements and structural design changes. 

Nucleate then managed the implementation of those changes and released the new version of the prospect pool, delivering a more efficient and robust system that was then scaled across 15 additional markets.

GLOBAL MARKETING DATABASE

We were engaged to provide initial consultancy regarding requirements specification and functional design of a marketing database covering EMEA, APAC and the Americas. We undertook a full requirements and discovery project along with a detailed specification for the creation of a global marketing database solution.

This specification was used to drive a multi-phase development, testing and user roll-out, along with data visualisation and campaign management functionality, all of which was managed by members of the Nucleate team.

DATA CONSULTANCY

Nucleate was engaged to provide consultancy services to a global provider of online services, liasing with key stakeholders, establishing key use cases and creating a full requirements specification. 

Nucleate then created a  high level functional design for a global system which was then used as the blueprint for creation of the system by internal development teams.     

DATA ANALYSIS

Nucleate has worked with a number of UK and European businesses to review, audit and cleanse key operational datasets to support marketing activity.

These services included full data audit and reporting, data cleansing and normalisation, deduplication across a number of data entities and the provision of cleansed data back to the client for integration and system update.

Nucleate has also provided additional support in creating Business Information dashboards and visualisation to allow this cleansed data to be leveraged on an ongoing basis. 

SEGMENTATION 

We were engaged to provide analysis services to improve the effectiveness and return on investment on EMEA-wide direct mail campaigns. 

Through data analysis we delivered prospect profiling that enabled significant reductions in cost of those direct mail campaigns by reducing the volume of DM sent, whilst improving conversion of those mailings by an average of 100 to 150% across multiple markets.

REAL TIME MARKETING

Nucleate was engaged to work with key stakeholders within a European logistics business to create a series of customer journey workflows spanning marketing, customer service, finance and sales. 

This discovery was used to design a real time marketing solution to meet the use cases identified along with a phased implementation to maximise immediate improvements in customer experience and address key existing marketing issues.
